Single mandrel decoiler
Decoiler hydraulic expanded, Steel fabricated duly machined, mounted on heavy duty shafts on anti-friction bearings. Expansion ¡V collapse by Hydraulic cylinders. The individual body is of fabricated steel construction.
 
Precision straightener

The body of the Pinch Roll fabricated out of prime plates and machined to house the roll assemblies. The top roll of is O135MM diameter. The top roll deflects the strip from Uncoiler to suit the pass line. The bottom roll is of O135MM diameter and provides with a AC motor drive. The upper roll actuates up and down by means of a pair of pneumatic cylinders. Straightener is provided with hardened gears (60 degree HRC), hardened rolls 42CrMO) Bearings provided for rotary function is Roller Bearings and is grease lubricated.

Adopt with four hi leveler and weld steel plate base and ¡§H¡¨ Type machine structure, 13 straightening rollers total. Each work roll is supported by double range roll pin gear and single direction thrust ball gear, guarantee the work roller without radial and changing. Upper and lower rollers have back up rolls to improve straightening accuracy. The direction of supporting wheel is adjusted.

Straightener rolls are driven via AC drives variable speed motor, gearbox, universal couplings. Upper rolls adjustable by means of 4 worm gears.
 

SLITTING LINE
 

Slitter Head

Slitting Axel material: 42CrMo steel, specification 150mm¡Ñ1300mm, the key 28mm, good process, quenched and tempered, processing, grinding and chromed finished and grinding again, etc. make sure the axle deformation in the heavy working condition.

Slitting head: the head and upper bearing seat are foundry steel , the lower bearing seat #45 steel is forged and processed, the one of crane is movable by Hydraulic cylinder which it convenient to install the cutter to the slitting axel. The axle is lifted by worm gear and motorize.
