- Screw and Barrel are made of ACM-2 material with heat and nitride treatment, each finishing procedures are carefully controlled; therefore, it is fabricated with special characteristics of high resistance to acid and abrasion. Using thermal oil circulation for barrel cooling as to keep temperature from fluctuations. This stabilizes the quality and the output of finished products during the mixing process.
- Gearbox: the material of gear is steel alloy with special heat treatment, then grinding the teeth. By using spray oil type for coercing cooling in long operation time with high speed. It can bear high torque, high capacity and without noise in long operating time with high speed.
- Electric heat uses PDI or SCR system, and operation panel is controlled by microcomputer thermometer or human-machine interface control system.
- Transmission motor: using AC frequency motor, cooperate with gearbox and screw that are developed by ourself for saving electric.
- Dies are made of steel alloy, SUJ2 and mirror steel with heat treatment, manufacturing, fixing size and electroplating. The characteristic are anti-acid and anti-abrasion. If needing to change size, only need to change mold back and vacuum forming ring.
- Degasification device can eliminate moisture and vapor generated by resins during the extrusion process.
